I create that initial plan just for you, and then coach you as you implement and execute the details of that plan.  I educate, instruct, guide, encourage, measure and track progress, and adjust your plan as necessary during your follow-up appointments.  Each plan entails an initial fee, and long-term coaching fees are based on the frequency and length of your follow-up sessions.

Speed Coaching

  • 30 minute coaching session via phone, FaceTime, or Skype

  • Pre-coaching-call information gathering via a Google form in order to make the most of our time

  • Get answers to your specific questions. Topics can include (but are not limited to) nutrition, training, stress, digestive issues, energy management, cravings, food sensitivities, time management, and emotional eating.

  • Recommendations and guidelines for eating and exercising (does not include specific training plans or macros)

  • Simple strategies to cut through the confusion of your health challenges.

  • Follow-up email from me with additional information, applicable tips, recipes, and relevant resources

 

FOLLOW UP SESSIONS

Follow-up visits are utilized to track progress via pictures, scale weight, calipers, and various subjective factors, as well as to make adjustments to macros and eating plans. Even more important in these follow-up sessions is the conversation that happens between coach and client. Troubleshooting, short-term goal setting, accountability, encouragement, motivation, mindset coaching, and simple strategies for continued progress are all part of our time together. Follow-up appointments are essential for long-term success, continued progress, and sustainable results.

  • Six 30-minute sessions - recommended for clients just beginning their healthy lifestyle journey

  • One 30-minute sessions

  • Six 15-minute sessions - recommended for clients transitioning to self-coaching

  • One 15-minute session
