Oatmeal is filling and delicious, but remember to also consume some protein with your delicious, carby oatmeal. You can either stir some vanilla or unflavored protein powder into your oatmeal, or enjoy some eggs/egg whites on the side.
We love stir-fry, but sometimes I get annoyed that I have to, well, stir it so much. As in, babysit it. Recently, I found a great compromise! Oven “Stir Fry”! As in, you only have to stir it once.
