Healthified Veggie Dip

Need a healthy dish to pass for your next party? Check out this easy homemade veggie dip. I got this delicious recipe from my SIL and lightened it up a bit.

Holiday Quick Tip: Always, always offer to bring the veggie tray, the salad or the fruit. This ensures that there will be at least one healthy option available for you to enjoy!

Ingredients:

2/3 c lite sour cream

2/3 c plain nonfat Greek yogurt

1 Tbsp dry minced onion

1 tsp parsley

1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt

1 tsp dill

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 drops Tabasco

Instructions:

Mix all together and refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve with a variety of raw vegetables. We love Costco for fresh no-prep dippable veggies: baby carrots, baby cukes, baby colored peppers, French beans, and broccoli florets. Enjoy!
