Fruity Lettuce Salad

This is one of those "not really a recipe" recipes. It's more of a list of ingredients that work well can adjust quantities based on your goals and tastes. Try out this refreshing combination today!


Spring mix or romaine

Cooked and diced chicken breast

Grapes, halved

Strawberries, sliced

Canned mandarin oranges, drained - optional

Shredded mozzarella cheese or feta cheese - optional

Toasted or candied almonds - optional

Dressing: your favorite raspberry vinaigrette or poppyseed dressing. My favorites (based on flavor, ingredient list, and macros) are Bolthouse Farms Raspberry Merlot and Panera Bread Poppyseed.


Make a big bowlful or a single serving, and enjoy! Healthy food does not mean bland and boring! Bonus: even the pickiest kids tend to like this salad 😊
