Becoming certified as a nutritionist was really just a natural extension of what I was already doing: unofficially educating family and friends about food choices, and helping them understand that changing the way you eat has a huge impact on how you look, and more importantly, on how you feel. I believe that everyone's healthy living journey is unique, and that's what I love about health coaching.

Most of my clients have a fat loss goal, but I also offer custom plans and coaching for those who want to “bulk up” (build muscle), athletes who want to fuel their bodies properly, and families transitioning to cleaner eating.

This website is the fanciest aspect of my business. My home office shares space with the piano and kids’ homework area, and my meal plans are no-frills. So when you work with me, you won’t get frills, and you won’t get cookie-cutter plans, fads, or false promises. What you WILL get is compassionate, custom health coaching tailored to your goals, schedule, lifestyle, preferences, and personality.

My services fall in line with the following principles: 

  • EveryBODY is different, and EveryMIND (yes I just made up that word) is different too. What worked for your friend to lose 10 pounds or to get her kid to try kale might not work for you...and that's OK, because you'll find something different that works just for you!

  • It matters what we put into our bodies. Whether you're a triathlete, a house cleaner, a 5th grader taking a math test, a grandma reading books to her grandson, or a factory worker on your feet all day, food is your fuel.

  • Healthy habits are important, but “all or nothing” is a recipe for failure.

  • Healthy living doesn't have to be complicated or expensive, and it is accessible for everyone.
